Dear Charsfield Residents
Further to the email we sent out before Christmas, we would like to remind you that we would really like to hear from every household in Charsfield. The questionnaire is suitable for everyone, whether you’ve been flooded or not. We need to know how you were affected even if you weren’t directly flooded. Some people took others into their homes, many were stranded or chose to walk through flood water to get home, for instance.
Please contact us by email – flood@potsford.com and tell us your name, the address of your property and whether you’d like to be sent a link to the online questionnaire or if you’d prefer a paper copy or a member of the group to visit you to complete the form in person.
