Never miss a bin collection! New app

The new app is available for Apple and Android in the app store (search for East Suffolk) or via www.eastsuffolk.gov.uk/councilapp

The new Better Recycling service launches in Suffolk from 1st June and from this date, residents will be able to recycle more items, including glass and soft plastic, through their recycling bins at home. The collections will be as follows:

• A weekly food waste collection (grey food container)
• A three-weekly general rubbish collection (black lid bin)
• A three-weekly recycling collection for glass, plastics, metal and cartons (blue lid bin)
• A three-weekly recycling collection for paper and card (green lid bin)

Further information on collection dates will also be delivered to you address nearer the 1st June.
