People across Suffolk are being asked for their views on a proposed, in principle, devolution deal that would hand Suffolk greater decision making powers and control more than half a billion pounds of public funding. The consultation opened on 18th March 2024 at 14:00

Devolution will drastically alter all aspects of how Suffolk County Council administer the whole of Suffolk so that does mean you and the generations that follow.
If Devolution happens it should be because it’s the will of the people – not by default: So please read the consultation document, particularly the detail of the financials beyond the banner headlines, and make your comments on the survey.
